The Passionate Worker

If you have employees who are not passionate about your company and its mission, they should not be working for you.  If they are not passionate about their job, they shouldn’t be doing it.

Organizations can only survive and grow with passionate, engaged workers.  Individuals who believe in what they are doing; who believe in the organization and its mission; individuals who will do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Our job, as managers, is to find these people and then nurture, grow and retain them.  For without them, we cannot be successful.  And for the disengaged, they must go.
