Make Managing Easy

Make managing easy.  Here’s a quick 3 step strategy to improve productivity in your organization:

  1. Identify your star performers and put together an individualized plan to keep the motivated and engaged. These are the folks who make your organization run. Take care of them.
  2. Identify your steady, dependable average performers.  Put together a plan to grow and develop them with an emphasis on training, mentoring and coaching.
  3. Identify your non-performers and find a way to move them out. These are the individuals who are either unable or unwilling to perform and if left alone will pull down the rest of the organization.

 It is that simple and by implementing this strategy, you, your organization and workforce will prosper and grow.
